• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual circumstances or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution staff to support a secure and orderly environment.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
