You will monitor entrances and high-risk areas, greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting, and correctly perform bag checks while upholding safety standards.
You will report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty and support training on shortage reduction programs, contributing to a positive store culture and loss prevention efforts.
