This full-time, field-based role is perfect for a motivated professional with experience in leak detection and repair across various roofing systems. You'll work directly with clients, assess damage, perform high-quality repairs, and have the opportunity to upsell upgrades and services-all while earning a competitive combination of hourly pay, performance bonuses, and commissions.

• Identify and diagnose roof leaks and issues across multiple residential and commercial roof systems.
• Complete both minor and major roof repairs efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Communicate directly with homeowners or property managers to explain findings and recommended solutions.
• Provide estimates for repairs and upgrades, and upsell products/services where appropriate.
• Transport ladders, tools, and repair materials to job sites.
• Document work completed, materials used, and communicate repair status to internal team members.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.

• 4+ years of hands‑on roofing repair experience, including leak detection and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with a variety of roofing systems (asphalt, metal, flat roofs, etc.).
• Ability to climb and work safely on rooftops in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable personal vehicle with ability to transport tools, materials, and ladders.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting directly with customers.
• Sales skills and bilingual fluency are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
