Concrete Carpenter

• Read and interpret plans, schematics, and drawings and build based off them
• Effectively and safely use the right trade tools for the projects assigned
• Utilize tools and research required by trade to accomplish quality and timely work assignments
• Continuously investigate methods and means to improve the cost effectiveness and quality of work within the trade
• Provide guidance to unskilled labor to ensure safety and professional project completion
• Analyze projects by working closely with the Foreman in identifying potential issues that may arise prior to quoting and at project take-off
• Work closely with other trades where projects require simultaneous and overlapping trade work
• Perform all work according to safety standards and promote safety on all job sites
• Perform layout
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledgeable with grades and ADA requirements
• Ability to bend, crouch and stand for long periods of time
• Strong knowledge and experience interpreting drawings/project specifications
• Experience at efficiently and safely operating trade tools and equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working effectively in a team environment
• Associate in Construction Trade or equivalent trade certification from an accredited program preferred
• 3+ years of hands‑on trade experience in flatwork
• Reliable transportation to be onsite based on project schedule
