• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to enhance their homes.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphone use for part ordering.
• Successfully pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, and crawl as needed.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

• Years of experience required: 1 – 2 years.
• Travel requirement:
  Road Warrior (75% or more).
