Plumbing Service Tech - KY Licensed

KENTUCKY LICENSE REQUIRED - JOURNEYMAN or MASTER LICENSE

Location: Louisville, KY (Branch Location)

Work Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; flexible shifts including 8 AM starts, 8 PM ends, and a 4-day/10-hour option (Sunday–Wednesday 9 AM–8 PM)

Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE + performance incentives)

Reports To: Plumbing Service Manager

• Respond to residential service calls promptly and professionally
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide practical, customer-focused solutions
• Estimate costs for repairs and installations with accuracy
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations efficiently, meeting company standards
• Maintain strong customer rapport and promote the Tom Drexler brand
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed

Required:

• Residential plumbing service experience
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and rotating Saturdays
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professional client relationships
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Master Plumbing License
• Sales and customer engagement experience
