• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions that improve their home.
• Keep your truck well‑maintained & organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Preferred: experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Ability to use a smartphone for parts ordering.
• Successfully pass a background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100 %.
• Ability to work variable & flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
  English proficiency.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lb frequently; up to 100 lb occasionally; reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl; drive automatic transmission vehicle.
