Commercial Roofing Service Technician I

Location:

Louisville, KY

You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low‑slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed.

Core Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

Usted será el líder del equipo de servicio y responsable de investigar, localizar y reparar fugas y defectos en los siguientes sistemas comerciales de techado: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Techado construido, betún modificado y metal de pendiente baja. Responsabilidades

• Mantenimiento y reparación de techos.

• Una licencia de conducir válida.
• Debe ser bilingüe, inglés y español.
• Debe poder levantar más de 50 libras regularmente.
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una variedad de condiciones climáticas.
• Habilidad para comunicarse bien con clients, supervisor y compañeros de trabajo.

• Experto en tecnología.
