Louisville, KY – Salary Range: $45,000–$110,000.

Come join Bone Dry Roofing as a Roofing Repair Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our roofing division where your problem‑solving skills and attention to detail will make a significant impact. Work truck, fuel, and phone will be provided. We are willing to train!

• Represent Bone Dry Roofing with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
• Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work (roofing, gutters, siding, etc.).
• Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
• Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
• Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
• Be on call for after‑hours emergency calls if on rotation.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
• Look for other necessary repairs (gutters, windows, etc.).
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March–November).

• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics.
• Military service is a plus.

• Hourly pay range $18–$30, commensurate with experience and commission options available.
