Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer’s home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5‑star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Plumbing Service technicians receive $54,000 to $160,000 per year!

• Complete in‑home plumbing service calls and get the job right the first time.
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a “You’re my go-to company” relationship.
• Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Indiana Journeyman License (or working to obtain).
• Strong desire to grow and develop into a Team Leader.
• A clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or GED.
