Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join the team as a Radon Mitigation Installer.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the trades to grow into a lead installer position. The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing, electrical work, or a similar trade and be eager to develop expertise in radon mitigation systems.

• Install radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition

• Experience in the trades (plumbing, electrical, or related fields preferred)
• Ability to work with power tools and hand tools safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
