B-Dry Systems and Ram Jack of Louisville has immediate openings for full‑time, year‑round Waterproofing – Foundation Repair Team Members. No experience necessary but prior experience in waterproofing, construction, concrete, or drainage installation is a plus. This is a great opportunity for inexperienced laborers to learn a trade.

$19.00 per hour starting pay, higher with experience. $1.00 per hour attendance bonus available. Weekly pay by direct deposit or check. Overtime available if desired. Monday through Friday work week starting at 7:30 am and typically ending 4 to 6 pm. Saturday work optional.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
  • May operate a variety of hand and power tools including demo hammers, drills, breakers.
  • May use construction equipment – excavator, skid steer, Dingo, trencher.
  • Install drain tiles and drainage systems.
  • Clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials.
  • Mix and lay concrete.
  • May do light carpentry and plumbing work.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment.
  • Physical labor involving hauling and excavating at job sites.
  • Maintain safe work environment.
  • Perform materials handling and storage, load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, &

Experience:

  • Previous experience in construction a plus.
  • Driver's license (preferred).
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, bending, stooping, crawling, and lifting items up to 90+ pounds.
  • We will provide company paid training.
