Louisville, KY 40207. Full‑time, First Shift. Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour.

• Weekly pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and skills.

• Ensure that service delivery to clients is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of the facility’s electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Perform minor HVAC preventive maintenance, including replace filters.
• Replace door locks and hardware as needed.
• Repair and maintain floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Oversee sub‑contractor activity, building audits, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Execute small project work.
• Utilize CMMS work order system to track and report tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Outstanding customer service skills and a can‑do attitude.
• At least five years of general maintenance experience.
• License or certificate in one trade preferred (HVAC, carpentry, or electrical).
• Basic computer knowledge, including work order systems and email.
• Ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools available.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
