• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose service issues, obtain and install replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer recommendations, and explain repairs to customers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
• Enter call resolutions using company software.
• Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to respond to emergency service calls.
• Maintain cordial and collaborative relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
• Participate in company and vendor‑provided training.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and safety procedures.

• Universal EPA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• KY Journeyman license
• HVAC certification from an accredited program
• 3–5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service and repair experience
