Brookside is seeking an experienced Regional Master Plumber to support and oversee plumbing operations across our Louisville-area properties

• Perform and oversee advanced plumbing repairs and installations
• Ensure compliance with Kentucky plumbing codes and safety standards
• Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for assigned properties
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues across multiple sites
• Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
• Coordinate with property managers and regional leadership
• Assist with emergency plumbing issues when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Active Plumber License (required)
• Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Multi-family or commercial property experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and code compliance
• Ability to travel between Louisville-area properties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
