- Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for assigned properties

- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Coordinate with property managers and regional leadership
- Assist with emergency plumbing issues when required
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Active Plumber License (required)
- Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Multi‑family or commercial property experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and code compliance
- Ability to travel between Louisville‑area properties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
