Drywall Framing​/Finishers​/Hangers

Baldur Development Group is seeking skilled Drywall Framing / Finishers / Hangers to join our onsite team in Louisville, KY and Surrounding Areas.

As a Drywall Framing / Finisher / Hanger, you will help deliver high-quality interior wall and ceiling installations from rough framing through final finishing. Your work will support clean, precise results that meet project specifications and uphold jobsite standards.

This full-time role is ideal for hands-on professionals who take pride in accuracy, craftsmanship, and completing work safely and efficiently.

• Install drywall using proper layout, alignment, fastening, and finishing techniques for walls and ceilings

• Support framing activities by measuring, cutting, and assembling components according to project requirements

• Prepare surfaces for finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and achieving smooth, consistent results

• Inspect completed sections for quality and adjust as needed to meet finish and tolerances

• Follow jobsite safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Prior experience installing and finishing drywall, including hanging and/or finishing responsibilities

• Ability to read basic measurements and follow job specifications and instructions

• Proficiency with common hand tools and measuring equipment used in drywall installation

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Willingness to work onsite in Louisville, KY, surrounding areas, and maintain consistent attendance

• Experience across multiple phases of drywall work (framing support, hanging, finishing)

• Familiarity with differing wall and ceiling conditions, textures, and finish expectations

• Comfort working in residential or commercial environments with varying layouts and requirements

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Hourly rate: $17 - $25.50
