Winterwood, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance operations and the property's appearance. The role requires experience in general maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC.
You must lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and be able to respond to emergencies after hours. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, cell phone reimbursement, a 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision/life
