** Service Technician
** to inspect, maintain, repair, and install Porta Kleen sanitation equipment in both shop and field environments. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure restroom, shower, and sleeper trailers remain safe, reliable, and ready to meet customer needs through quality workmanship and exceptional service.

** What You’ll Do
*** Inspect, maintain, repair, and install restroom, shower, and sleeper trailers to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Perform plumbing repairs and installations using PEX and Schedule 40/80 piping systems.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair LP gas systems and 110V/12V electrical components.
* Complete preventative maintenance inspections to identify and resolve equipment issues before failures occur.
* Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and compliance with company quality standards.
* Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs, parts usage, and equipment status.
* Operate service vehicles and tow trailers while following DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
* Load, unload, stage, and secure equipment to support efficient transportation and daily operations.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to prioritize repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
* Maintain shop tools, service vehicles, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
* Respond professionally to customer service requests while representing Porta Kleen in a positive manner.
** What You’ll Need
*** Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, service instructions, and repair documentation.
* Valid driver's license and DOT medical card with the ability to meet DOT physical requirements.
* Mechanical experience with plumbing, electrical, or equipment repair preferred.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and repetitive motion throughout 8–12-hour shifts.
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around industrial noise, LP gas systems, sanitation waste, and cleaning chemicals while wearing required PPE.
* Willingness to travel between job sites and work extended shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
* Must provide personal hand tools necessary to perform routine repair and maintenance tasks.
