CBRE is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across a three-building campus in East Louisville, KY. You will conduct proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance during a 7 AM–4 PM day shift with minimal overtime.
You’ll troubleshoot, perform light preventive maintenance, and coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
