The HVAC Final Trainee learns the final stages of residential new-construction HVAC installation while working alongside experienced technicians and installers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with final HVAC installations in newly constructed homes
- Help install registers, thermostats, equipment, and finishing components
- Assist with equipment start-ups and system testing
- Help prepare systems for final inspections
- Learn proper installation procedures and company quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work alongside experienced HVAC team members
Qualifications:
- HVAC experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanically inclined
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- Ability to lift and carry HVAC materials and equipment
