Field/Service Technician
Rivian seeks an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to lead advanced diagnostics and field repairs, mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement. This role is primarily based at a service center but may travel to remote sites or production plants.
You will use specialized tools to diagnose HV and network faults, oversee parts operations, document findings, and engage with customers and internal teams to resolve escalations and improve repair workflows.
