Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated, dynamic professional to serve as a Career Coach. The role requires flexibility, a strong character, knowledge of coaching methods, and a consistent willingness to help individuals in the community.

Full‑time | The Spot, Louisville, KY

• Assist in recruiting program participants.
• Complete needs assessments and conduct intake interviews to determine financial barriers.
• Help participants with job search and placement activities.
• Develop individualized action plans for external retail participants based on their barriers, needs, and goals.
• Locate additional resources and make referrals to other agencies as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in workforce development, human services, or counseling environments serving individuals with disabilities or disadvantages.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and follow the Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Code of Ethics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

$58,700.00 – $84,400.00 per year.
