Data Integration Developer

The Data Integration Developer is responsible for coding software applications based on business requirements and performing complex systems analysis and development activities. This role involves overseeing software testing and debugging processes, standardizing quality assurance procedures, and resolving software-related issues through research, analysis, and problem-solving. The position requires interpreting organizational strategies and objectives, making independent decisions in ambiguous scenarios, and following established guidelines while contributing to improved consumer experiences.

• Code software applications based on business and technical requirements
• Standardize and implement quality assurance procedures for software
• Oversee software testing, debugging, and development of fixes
• Research and resolve complex software-related issues and complaints
• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements or solutions
• Make decisions on work methods with minimal direction
• Ensure alignment with departmental and organizational strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development initiatives

• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
• 5+ years of experience contributing to consumer-focused improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes

• Experience with Coolgen (Advantage Gen)
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
