V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Full Stack PHP Developer for our premier client in Louisville, Kentucky
.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS related major;
  
  Experience:
  
  3 – 5 years web/software development experience required.
• Server‑side experience required including, but not limited to, PHP or C#. Preference given to PHP development experience but equivalent experience with Dot Net Core (C#) is heavily considered.
• Previous information technology experience in higher education desired. Frontend experience with Angular or similar modern frameworks desired.

  Qualifications:
  
  Database tools knowledge required.
• Working knowledge of front‑end web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML5) desired.
• Client‑side framework experience desired (Angular, JQUERY, etc.).
• Knowledge of application development management tools such as Git Hub, Base Camp, etc. desired.
• Knowledge in web organization/structuring/security/e‑commerce desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, oral and technical skills.
• Must be able to communicate technical matters to a non‑technical audience.

• Create and maintain disaster recovery protocols.
• Create training and documentation to support development and code‑base. As needed, provide technical knowledge to other department members to facilitate service while on vacation or unavailable.
• Back‑end development for us and our Center for Professional Development.
• Develop web applications using the MVC pattern.
• Responsible for influencing architecture design/development, database design/development and backend development.
• Will develop APIs to expose databases to other systems.
• Will develop web front end interfaces.
• Research and implement innovative web/software development technologies.
• Maintain awareness of competencies in new development technologies.
• Responsible for upgrading/migrating/maintaining web systems as needed.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to web applications. Some Tier 1 necessary.
• Prioritize product development tasks and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
• Work with Product Managers/Owners and Designers to ensure the development meets the requirements of the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
