About Kentucky Gymnastics Academy

Kentucky Gymnastics Academy is dedicated to promoting physical activity through gymnastics and gross motor movement for children aged 2-18. Our certified and trained coaches provide recreational and competitive gymnastics programs tailored to various skill levels. In addition to gymnastics, we offer tumbling, Ninja Zone, Parkour, as well as hosting birthday parties and camps. We are committed to fostering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for skill development and personal growth.

This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Louisville, KY for a Coach at Kentucky Gymnastics Academy. The Coach will lead and instruct children in gymnastics, tumbling, and other related activities such as Ninja Zone and Parkour. Responsibilities include conducting engaging practice sessions, ensuring a safe environment, developing skill‑building plans, and fostering a positive and encouraging experience for participants. Coaches may also assist with camp activities, events, or birthday parties.

• Ability to work with and engage children across various age groups (2‑18 years)
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and maintaining a secure environment for physical activities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Previous experience in teaching or coaching is highly beneficial but not required
• Certifications in gymnastics coaching or child safety are a plus
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive environment
• Passion for inspiring confidence and skill development in children
