• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to verify tire condition, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining facility cleanliness and safety for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• CDL holders eligible for an additional $2.00 /hr rate.

• High school diploma, equivalency, or preferred prior work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team‑player ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with Penske’s instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, and safety policies, including DOT, OSHA, PPE use, and machine guarding.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Experience with DOT regulations, driver qualification file maintenance, including annual MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance history. CDL holders must pass DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, submit employment application, background screening, drug screen, physical, and possible travel for training.

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
• Use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, and operate tools or controls on a routine basis.
• Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Capacity to see and hear to navigate a workplace with large trucks.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
