Pilot (First Officer) – Midwest Region

The Pilot will be the face of Net Jets, delivering technically accurate aircraft operation and exceptional service for Net Jets Owners and passengers.
Purposeof Position
The Pilot is responsible for safe operation of the aircraft and delivering a concierge‑level service experience for every Net Jets Owner and passenger.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Operate the aircraft safely from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets FOM or AOM, and SOPs; greet Owners/passengers, introduce and brief them, verify itinerary, provide weather updates and safety briefings.
- Deliver in‑flight service as needed, including alcohol and catering service.
- Load and stow all baggage properly.
- Handle flights with Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Serve as the final authority on aircraft operation and compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
- Act as liaison for Owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the FBO to the final destination and departure from the final FBO.
- Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center and complete related paperwork.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with multi‑engine rating (Restricted ATP or ATP) including minimum 1,500 total flight hours or equivalent, 200+ cross‑country, 250 PIC, 100 night flight or 75 with ≥45 night takeoffs, 75 instrument, 50 fixed‑wing multi‑engine, FAA First‑Class Medical, FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit, valid passport, etc.
- Other requirements: flexible schedule, ability to manage rest, work varying hours including day‑night, weekends/holidays, pass TSA screening, valid U.S. passport, state driver license, fluent English communication, and service‑oriented appearance.

Base Salary Range: $86,015 – $117,706.
