This role will use powered equipment to safely, efficiently, and accurately transport products, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse in support of production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, including dock stockers and reach trucks, for at least one year.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Track inventory as products are received, moved, and shipped from the warehouse.
  • Perform cycle counting of inventoried materials, including recording results.
  • Inspect inventory for defects or damage and document findings in warehouse & inventory management systems.
  • Fill and check customer orders; hand off processed packages to carriers.
  • Stage, process, package, and ship materials & orders accurately, including receipt and delivery to internal clients.
  • Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs.
  • Interface with and assist management and other departments to ensure key objectives are realized.
  • Unload incoming material from truck shipments and assist delivery carriers with unloading of parcels.
  • Inspect, review, verify, and record inbound material against delivery paperwork; document any discrepancies through appropriate channels.
  • Continuously support departmental process improvements.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Follow and maintain 7S Program and guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal‑oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics.
  • Experience operating a powered dock stocker and reach truck.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) relevant to warehouse activities.
  • RF experience required; SAP a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
