Warehouse Associate II

ABOUT THE JOB

This role is responsible for loading, sorting, staging, and transporting products into and out of the warehouses.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS

• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouses using carts and/or manual pallet jacks
• Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care
• Prepare inventory/products for shipping out via staging
• Appropriately wrap, strap, or otherwise secure products
• Prepare, track, and complete basic paperwork needs for products and shipments
• Assist in organizing inventory and processing inventory counts/audits
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards
• Keep warehouse premises neat and clean
• Other duties as assigned by manager

ABOUT YOU

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• High attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of inventory
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (22kg) independently and using equipment and /or team lifts to move heavier items
• An independent worker with a hands-on approach
• Team-worker with good relationship building skills
• High sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Ability to follow processes while providing constructive feedback to them
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization, internally or externally
• Able to work independently and well-organized
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexible with shifting deadlines and priorities
• Capable of setting priorities and multi-tasking
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
