The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for working with Transportation and Rental Specialists as well as the Shop Supervisor to manage the shipping and receiving of material in the Customer Service Center. The Parts Warehouse Specialist will store and retrieve parts in the warehouse with a great focus and attention to detail.

• Support all team areas (Sales, Parts, Rental, and Service) in shipping and receiving activities and provide effective scheduling.
• Organize paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completion.
• Receive and stock parts, locate new parts, relocate parts when for space requirements.
• Promote Pro Lift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of material handling and/or shipping and receiving experience, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and display proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Parts Warehouse Specialist communicates to associates, customers, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
