• Accurately picking products using an RF scanner, ensuring order accuracy
• Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers
• Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders
• Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, forklifts, etc.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience operating a Cherry Picker and forklifts (Combilift, Order Picker, Skylift, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck)
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills
• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Motivated to learn and grow within the role
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation
• Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate controlled warehouse environment
• Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required
