Warehouse Worker

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare packages for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery.
• Sort, label, and stage packages for shipment.
• Load and unload packages as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with a positive work ethic.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required

The role is based in a warehouse environment within the returns section of a large facility in Shepherdsville.

You will work on either first or second shift in a fast-paced setting with continuous physical activity such as lifting and moving packages. This is a climate controlled environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
