We’re looking for a skilled, hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and making a direct impact on production performance—this role is for you.

• Lead improvements across all manufacturing stages: burning, bending, machining, welding, assembly, and finishing
• Conduct time studies and methods analysis to boost manpower utilization and throughput
• Partner with production teams to evaluate performance and implement meaningful improvements
• Support plant layout initiatives, material flow studies, and workstation optimization
• Recommend and implement enhancements to material storage, process flow, and facility layout
• Provide design‑for‑manufacturing feedback that reduces cost and complexity
• Prepare cost estimates for prototypes and new product introductions
• Improve routing, BOMs, and work instructions for clarity and accuracy
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Train and mentor employees on best practices in manufacturing engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of heavy‑equipment fabrication, metal forming, CNC machining, and mechanical assembly
• Strong skills in workflow analysis, time studies, and process improvement
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize work independently while keeping leadership informed
• Experience with robotic welding programming and troubleshooting
• CNC programming, welding processes, and tooling design experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data management
