• Patient Assessment: Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and analyze subjective and objective data.
• Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose and manage acute illnesses (like infections) and chronic conditions (like diabetes, hypertension).
• Ordering & Interpreting Tests: Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and screenings.
• Prescribing & Managing Care: Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments; develop and manage comprehensive care plans.

  Counsel patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
