Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great leaders on our team.

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours.
• Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
• Inspires and guides their staff.
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success.
• Manages Breakfast Inventory.

The Breakfast Coordinator ensures that the store is delivering excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeping customers happy and full. They are the chiefs of their team, inspire staff, resolve issues using excellent organizational, communication and developmental skills, keep inventory, complete paperwork and manage financials, and manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team.

• Counting money accurately.
• Reading and writing in English.
• Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing.
