Midlake Products is a growing manufacturer in Louisville, Ohio and we need great people to join our team.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for Assembly, General Labor & Powder Coating positions in our light manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will assist with assembling products, operating basic machinery, working in our powder coating department, and performing general labor tasks to support production efficiency. No prior experience is required—training will be provided! We provide a clean, well-lit, and safe working environment for our employees.

• Assemble parts and products according to specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general labor tasks such as material handling and loading/unloading parts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills or prior experience in assembly is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
