Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily activities
• Provide compassionate care while respecting residents' dignity and independence
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Active Ohio nurse aide certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, dependable approach to resident care
• Long-term care experience preferred; new CNAs welcome
