Project: 1000+ Unit Residential Development

Location:

Louth/North Dublin area
The Package: €65,000 + Healthcare + Bonus + Life Assurance + Income Protection + Pension

Are you a Site Engineer in the Louth/North Dublin area? Do you have 2+ years of experience with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer? Ireland’s Largest Developer is seeking a Site Engineer for a large scale €100m+ residential project in the Louth area. The project itself consists of 1000+ units of apartments and houses which will include an RC frame, Foundations, Floor slabs, Blockwork, Services and Civil Works.

• Setting out for subcontractors i.e. giving the gridlines / levels to groundwork or RC frame.
• Keep site records and QA documentation up to date.
• Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of project outcomes, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Coordinating the preparation and distribution of site drawings.

• 2 – 3 years of experience with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer
• Strong residential background
• Proficient in Total Station and GPS
• Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
