What you’ll be doing

In your capable hands, beauty treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:

• Carrying out a range of beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
• Ensuring the Beauty Retreat is clean, well presented and welcoming
• Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
• Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with experience of waxing, massage, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, tanning, facials and body treatments
• Great customer service and calming communication skills
• IT and sales skills and money handling experience
• A willingness to work positively as part of a team

It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked in a similar role on a holiday park but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide lots of training.
