Veterinary Surgeon – Director

We are looking for a vet to become a third shareholder in an independent limited company – your future shape in a small, ruminant‑only practice in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

• Attend to all farm animal cases, using evidence‑based medicine.
• Operate, where required, on surgical cases and support the wider veterinary team.
• Engage with clients to maintain best health and welfare standards.
• Participate in local farming community events and monthly practices.

• Entry level veterinary surgeon.
• Full‑time commitment.
• Health Care Provider – veterinary service focus.

Salary is dependent upon experience, with overtime paid. OOH is paid as overtime shifts. Rotas are 1:4 at worst, with seasonal summer quiet. Flexitime available – exclude school holidays.
