Are you a confident, surgically skilled veterinary surgeon with a passion for emergency and critical care? Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, independent team where your expertise and quick‑thinking approach can make a real difference?

I have a fantastic opportunity for an Emergency Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving independent Emergency Clinic based within a well‑established small animal practice in East Lincolnshire. This is a rare chance to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

• Flexible rota:
  Saturdays and Sundays – offering the perfect work/life balance
• Hours:
  
  8am to 7pm
• Sole charge position – you’ll need to be confident and decisive, particularly with surgical cases
• Back‑up from two experienced Clinical Directors (always on‑call for medical work‑ups or advice)
• Friendly, close‑knit team who enjoy working hard but also having a laugh along the way

Accommodation is available on‑site in a spacious two‑bedroom house which is very rarely shared. The practice is located in a popular and picturesque market town known for its blend of countryside charm and modern amenities. With good schools, a welcoming community, and beautiful historic surroundings, it’s a great place to call home.

Someone experienced, surgically confident, and comfortable in sole charge. Just as importantly, we’re after a vet who brings a good sense of humour, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys being part of a supportive, down‑to‑earth team that pulls together when it matters most. Previous ECC or sole charge experience is a must.
