Forklift Driver

Manpower is currently recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established team supporting warehouse and operational activities on-site. This opportunity is well-suited to someone with prior experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Based on the outskirts of Louth, this site is not accessible by public transport, so candidates must have their own reliable means of travel.

This role operates on a rotating shift basis, and flexibility to cover both patterns is essential:

• Week 1:
  Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Week 2:
  Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Weekend work is part of the role, with days off provided during the week on a rotating basis.

• £14.21 per hour

• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Assist with day-to-day warehouse and yard operations
• Transport, organise, and store stock across yard and warehouse areas
• Use handheld scanning devices to monitor stock movement
• Provide support across various operational tasks as required

• Previous experience as an FLT Driver
• At least 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence

• Comfortable using scanning and stock control equipment
• Flexible approach with willingness to support multiple duties
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
