Automotive Service Advisor

Description of the role:

This position involves providing excellent customer service and advising customers on automotive services and repairs. The Automotive Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers visiting the service department.

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Explain and recommend services, including cost estimates and completion timelines
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process

• Prior experience in customer service role
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive compensation: $20.00 per hour paid semi-monthly
