Our tight-knit team in Loveland, Colorado, is actively seeking a CSR to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
• Answer inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and respond to emails.
• Convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to clients.
• Communicate client requirements to the support team.
• Convey to clients by telephone, in-person, or through email, information about products or services; take or enter orders; and maintain communication regarding the status of their products.
• Complete estimates for requested services, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

• Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
