Based on course content, wages will range from $1,297.00 per credit to $3,753.00 per credit.
In certain instances, due to low enrollment, faculty payment will be based on part-time per credit pay and pro-rated on a 10% per student basis.

Job Description:

The faculty member will conduct their assignments and co-curricular activities in a manner consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Aims Community College as stated in the catalog.
The primary responsibility is teaching. Occasional travel may be required.
Job Duties:
- Instruct courses in Chemistry, depending on expertise.
- Assist in program/curriculum evaluation, revision, and development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Assist with textbook and resource material selection.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and Academic Dean.
Work Hours:
- Teach day and/or evening classes at Greeley campus or satellite campuses in Loveland and Fort Lupton.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or a related discipline (must show at least 12 credits in content-specific graduate courses)
OR master's degree including 18 graduate credit hours in chemistry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous college teaching experience.

Faculty must submit transcripts upon hire. Degrees from outside the U.S. require credential evaluation from NACES or AICE.
