Job Description & How to Apply Below
Educational Advisor: AI Literacy & CTE Strategy
We are seeking a Strategic Educational Advisor to serve as our Lead Curriculum Architect.
You will translate our technical platform into a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum that empowers districts to meet Federal Perkins V and CTE (Career & Technical Education) workforce readiness goals. You will verify that AI Auditing is recognized not just as a tech skill, but as a critical high-skill, high-wage career path.
What You Will Do- Curriculum Architecture: Design the pedagogical framework for our AI Supervision modules. You will define how students move from simple debugging to complex systems optimization.
- Standards Alignment: Map Orbrya’s learning outcomes to State Computer Science Standards (e.g., TEKS, VDOE) and Federal CTE frameworks. You will produce the documentation that validates our program to District Administrators.
- Teacher Enablement: Create the "Teacher Playbook" that allows non-technical educators to facilitate high-level AI literacy classes with confidence.
- Strategic Advisory: Guide leadership on the specific educational language required to secure state innovation grants and pilot programs.
- The Strategist: You have deep experience with CTE funding streams, Perkins V compliance, or State-level curriculum adoption. You understand how to align innovation with bureaucratic requirements.
- The Educator: You have a Ph.D. or Master’s in Curriculum Design, Learning Sciences, or Educational Technology.
- The Pragmatist: You understand the constraints of K-12 infrastructure (Chromebooks, limited WiFi) and value performance-oriented instruction over theoretical concepts.
- The Communicator: You can translate complex LLM (Large Language Model) concepts into clear value propositions for School Boards and Superintendents.
- Set the Standard: You will help define the "Standard of Care" for AI education in US schools.
- High Impact: You will be the founding educational voice of the company, shaping the product roadmap directly with the CEO.
- Flexible Impact: This role is designed to fit around your existing professional commitments.
Note: This position is scheduled to begin in April-May of 2026
