Shift Details
Monday to Friday (regular first shift office hours with some flexibility)
Job DescriptionThis Supplier Quality Engineering position will have responsibility for oversight and improvement of a selected sub‑set of Opco's component and sub‑assembly suppliers. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Preferred Experience s and Qualities- Strong problem‑solving skills and familiarity with techniques such as 5 why's, 8D, pareto analysis, Design of Experiments, DMAIC, and others.
- Basic understanding of statistical tools and their application to manufacturing processes (ie, process capability studies, establishing process control limits, etc)
- Experience working in an ISO‑regulated manufacturing facility or ISO standards is a plus
- Training and experience in the use of GD&T
- Understanding of measurement methods
- Experienced with Oracle
