A defense and aerospace solutions provider is seeking a Senior RF Test System Engineer to join its custom test systems team. In this highly autonomous, customer-facing role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers, supporting mission-critical applications across Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) domains.

• Design, integrate, and deploy advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers
• Work across hardware and software domains to solve complex technical problems
• Partner directly with customers to translate requirements into innovative, mission-critical test solutions
• Support Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), and other advanced aerospace and defense applications

• US Citizenship Required
• Experience in Test Engineering
• Experience with Automation Test Equipment (ATE)
• Experience with RF Test
• Proficiency with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA/PNA)
• Proficiency with Spectrum Analyzers
• Proficiency with Oscilloscopes
• Proficiency with Signal Generators
• Experience taking RF measurements
• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems
• Knowledge of Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems
• Knowledge of Microwave Systems
• Knowledge of Radar Systems
• Must be able to work Onsite in Loveland, Colorado
