Perspective Wealth Advisors is a (untraditional) financial planning firm specializing in clients with complex situations: entrepreneurs and executives with equity. Perspective Wealth Advisors LLC is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide client meeting support, assist in financial planning, and conduct service requests. The ideal candidate for this role will be coachable, growth-oriented, and personable, with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in our fast‑growing, forward‑thinking business.

Experience,

Knowledge, and Skills
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 1+ year in a wealth planning/advising role
  • CFP
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • In‑office – must live in Colorado
Preferred Skills
  • Experience and knowledge of basic financial planning, Qualified Plans, and basic tax strategies and implications
  • Experience building financial models in Excel
  • Series 65 certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • CPA certification or relevant experience in tax planning
Essential Functions and

Job Duties Client meeting and support
  • Attend financial planning meetings as a second chair, taking detailed notes and tracking action items — follow up on assigned tasks from meetings to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, reports, and client documents.
Financial Planning and Execution
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing client data for financial planning purposes.
  • Build initial financial plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness before advisor review.
  • Support advisors in modeling financial scenarios and identifying key planning opportunities.
  • Maintain and update financial plans based on client needs and changes.
Service Requests & Client Support
  • Handle client service requests, including account changes, document processing, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service‑related tasks, coordinating with custodians and other financial institutions as needed.
  • Maintain client records and documentation in CRM and planning software.
Account opening and Onboarding
  • Act as a liaison for account opening and onboarding, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Coordinate and submit new account paperwork, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
  • Communicate with custodians and internal teams to ensure accounts are set up correctly.
  • Guide clients through onboarding steps and address any questions related to account setup.
Operational and Administrative Support
  • Manage follow‑ups and workflow tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assist in compliance documentation and record‑keeping.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial planning operations.
